Mariano Luque
My research explores the intersection of personal memory and liminal spaces. Through painting, watercolour, and digital media, I investigate the fragility of human perception and the voids that dwell between recollection and oblivion.
My artistic practice focuses on deconstructing linear narratives, creating compositions where the figurative and the abstract coexist in a state of constant tension. Landscapes—both interior and exterior—function as metaphors for emotional states and mental processes, recreating the paradoxes that sustain us in balance.
